Invest time to maintain the customer base

Most businesses after closing the sales deal think like this: “Why bother, why care to know what is in the mind of a customer?”

We talked about right manpower utilization, before. Similarly, in a business scenario, one should not overlook the idea of ‘PROPER UTILIZATION of existing customers’.

Instead of marketing efforts to acquire new customers every time, business enterprises need to cultivate relationships with their existing customers.

A satisfied customer is an indirect source for ‘advertising and marketing’. Investment of TIME on existing customer is a better choice than investment of MONEY on different marketing campaigns, every time.
