I had the privilege to be one of the founding team for Enza Marketing back in April 2010.

Enza Marketing has been a platform in which I've been able to develop many skills and help my future business plans.

I have not only enjoyed a great income but I have also been part of a 600% growth of the business in a very difficult financial climate.

Doing any form of direct marketing successfully requires a strong morale centre and a great team of people, both of which I believe are our strengths.

I have helped to cultivate an environment making sure that the clients we represent not only have a huge volume of customer acquisition but also everyone that meets a member of our team, meets someone well-presented and well informed, leaving the customer with a positive experience.

Enza Marketing has allowed me to expand skills in team building, coaching and full campaign co-ordination. Most importantly I've been able to learn a diverse range of business skills that will inevitably help me with running my own Marketing Company.

Time and again Enza Marketing Ltd conducts reviews of their performance. The company has achieved great success in a short period of time and this further inspires it to reviews its performance, in the hope of performing better next time. With innovative direct marketing strategies and campaigns, this company which was quick to grab the hearts of clients is spearheaded by Joe Arkley, a man of great caliber.

Enza Marketing Review was recently conducted by its managing director Joe Arkley. The first thing that this man of great talent sought to clarify was whether the company has been able to live up to the Managing Director's statement that he had made at the beginning, when his company ventured into the direct marketing segment. Here is a bit of Joe's statement “We pride ourselves on taking regular people with no experience in this industry and showing them how to succeed. Gone are the beliefs that you need to be an incredibly confident and gifted person to work in this industry. It’s simply a matter of applying yourself.

Many people talk about the marketing industry as being a fast paced environment that you need to be able to think on your feet and work under pressure. We pride ourselves on being able to push people when needed but also allowing time for them to just work things out for themselves. Not everyone picks things up at the same rate but the only way to fail is to stop trying.”
